    It appears to say Rue des Saules to the left which would make it a little souvenir painting of Montmartre, Paris (in which case, the name of the artist is probably unimportant.)

    Well, let's see what others have to say. But, in the meantime, just a couple tips for the future. It's helpful if photographs show the item straight on, are in sharp focus, that they're all posted as Full Image and we love to see the full item both back and front including frames.
