Minton question

I have a few minton plates with an impressed mark that says 'MINTON CHINA'. I cant seem to find this mark anywhere and starting to think that they are counterfeit. Any ideas

Seriously struggling to upload photos here so have given up. Straight forward enough question though. Did minton have an impressed mark that said 'MINTON CHINA'. I honestly dont think I need to upload a photo to convey this.

 

They did, but that doesn't mean yours isn't a phony. Email the photos to yourself if you're on a phone, size MEDIUM. Upload those to the board. If you use a real camera like me you'll need software that resizes.

 

Oh well. I'm off to find a forum with half decent functionality. 1MB limit? Seriously?

True, but it does mean that they are possibly real so can continue searching without wasting my time.

That just seems like far too much pi$$ing around for me though just to upload a photo. 1MB limit in this day and age? We need to have a whip round and buy them a couple of TB drives.

If you're in Windows, right click on the image and resize. Otherwise as has been said, email it to yourself. This is a free forum with people who give time and expertise for nothing.

You have to put effort in for research. Resizing a photo is probably the least effort I've had to put in for anything.

And for general antiques research this forum is likely one of the best.
