Does anyone know what these are: mixing bowls? Do they have a pattern name?
Apparently vintage Farberware. They don't really "nest" and have quite sloped sides leading you to believe they aren't "souffle" dishes + they are good size. One is 3 qiart and one is 4 quart. They also seem to have narrow bases to be mixing bowls... just a curiosity!
Apologies for all the other unnecessary stuff in the photo... I was in a hurry and didn't mess with editing.
    Thanks Leslie

It's funny how, in the second pic, both appear to have vertical sides...as contrasted with the first pic.
    Some weird woo-woo goin' on...

Has to do with the camera lens, distance from the camera, and the angle of the photo.

A close-up of the mark might help.

My first impression was that they looked like planters but what do I know.

Thanks for your suggestions! I like the splash proof bowls.. they do look like the right shape! I tried to do a crop and make the logo bigger - but all I have are the original email pics and i guess i'm not that computer saavy. Ultimately the bottom says "Farberware" - oven microwave freezer and 3 and 4 quart...
    Thanks again,
    Leslie
