    On the bottom right it has
    copyright symbol
    T.T. Co.'39.
    It has either Japanese or Chinese Letters on the left.
    Any info would be appreciated

    Chinese, based on the clothing at least.

    I agree Chinese. It looks like a print of a painting on silk.

    Looks like a mass produced copy of Western origin. Severe toning from a previous offset matting will greatly reduce the appeal for this.
