Thanks. No idea what it says, but it's old.

 

Few bits from Charity Shops. The bangle is gold plated but looks good and only £2.
The agate brooch is old with an old C clasp but I’m not sure what the middle stone is (looks more like glass) or if the rest is silver. £2.95.
The religious brooch is hallmarked Birmingham silver, the bow brooch is marked STG silver. 925 earrings, Amber chip bracelet all £1 each.

 

The agate brooch looks like glass to me too; they often were.

 

Found one in somewhat less perfect nick today ... but mine cost $2! I think this seller is dreaming pricewise.

Oh, gerroff, you got Victorian Scottish hardstone at a steal. Silver, agate, might be amethyst, test it.

 

Not if it's Gumps....visited the place on my last trip to San Francisco. Wowzer. But $2 is what I would be happy with, too.

 

Definitely selling that locally; I know a dealer who loves coral, and no way would I trust eBay with something like that.

 

Gumps, a San Francisco luxury goods store. Famous for its quality China imports, including jewelry, back in the day. Beautiful necklace.

I didn't buy jewelry at Gumps, but I bought the most beautiful perfume, Helene by Rance.

I had an to see my optician, and the thrift shop was around the corner. These were somehow still on the bracelet rack, $9 for both.


I researched and found the larger one on ebay. Antique Vintage Old Chinese Silver Deeply Chased Shou Symbol Cuff Bracelet.

 

Now that's quite handsome.

Thank you, and quite small....made for a 6" wrist, I almost got it stuck for good on my 7" wrist.

 

Two ladies wanted it as soon as I picked it up.

 

& u fought them off , tooth and nail..???
