Picked up at car boot today for £1. 1 inch long, brass mount. I think it’s hand painted on porcelain, sadly rather scratched though. Would this be Victorian, his ‘bits’ have been obscured as they often did and it has a C clasp but I’m not sure? Any info please? Thanks.
