Old Mirror with Lights

Howdy! I found this old mirror in our farmhouse. House was built in 1860-1880 (unsure exactly when) and had leftover furniture from any time between then and now. This mirror is so cool, but has no identifying marks on it, and I was wondering if anyone could estimate how old it is. Ill post photos down below momentarily.

Probably having a problem with 1MB max. size issue. I understand the problem, server capacity, however, many do not know how to downsize their photos.

There are easy editing programs with which you can downsize photos.
