Featured Namjung Cloisonné odd necklace thingy

So not quite on a par with the infamous Tokyo Sewage Pendant for wearability but what is this delight? Looks new and was in a pile of £1 junk at the car boot sale. Bought out of curiosity rather than desire although I know obviously the bidders will be fighting for it……
Quite a smart box with some car cloisonné neck thingy.
Marked on the reverse 24KF.NJ Mayor of Ulsan K.G.H . It feels heavy and the enamel is pretty good quality as the picture has depth to it.
Some tourist souvenir or commemorative item?
Box marked Namjung Cloisonné and is c10” long.
Google brings up absolutely zilch.
Which sort of gives me my answer I suppose

A bolo tie? Ulsan is in South Korea and seems to have something to do with Hyundai cars?
