Signature? on Hindu/Bangladesh(?) painting + Lewis mixed media

I found these 2 peices at my friend's thrift store today. The larger I thoght was Hindu, maybe, but when I did a google search on the signature(?) the first part came back as Bangladesh for God?
Is it a signature (I've never seen a signature on ones like this I've found before)? Also there are 2 spaces (?); maybe 1 for title & the 2nd - which is empty - was for artist's name?
Can anyone tell me what is says? With the people giving money/gifts to 2 men; maybe they're tithing religious leaders? (instead of a ruler or king, which would be 1 person right?)
Where is it from?

The 2nd, smaller one is signed Lewis (next to the Keith Haring looking figure!) - can anyone tell me which Lewis this is?

PS - A 3rd one I got today was a limited edition "Bengal Family' by Mark King that I first thought was a Leroy Neiman!

I remember the rule - I've gotten lazy because spell check corrects it (usually) automatically or underlines it in red - I must have missed it​

 

Thanks Kronos; notice signature is different size/place etc.. Do you think this is by a "school of" artist? It's mounted on board - how can I tell how old it actually is?
Thanks again - I tried to image search a pic of the whole thing and got 'Fictional character' & a page full of different similar paintings ( fictional character - Google Search) - Great find; you have a good eye!

PS - I think the original was a miniature, is that right?
