Signed bicentennial jar ?

I don’t know if you would call this a jar but it’s a bicentennial glass container that measures 6 1/8 x 7 pieces also sign on the bottom and I took the best pictures I could but I can’t read it the reason I bought it was because I liked it I thought it was unusual that it was signed can’t find it anywhere on the Internet but you guys always seem to have better luck than me thank you for any information……

 

Hard to tell that FIRST name....Holms?? Last name looks like Harney or Harveg...TO ME!

Harvey is what I see for the surname.


Although that really looks like a g at the end.
