Both 800 silver, right? Maker's mark help needed. (Group #1 and #2)

Part of the consignment that came with that teapot I posted with the ivory handle. Hopefully more straight forward to sell, but want to get as much info as I can.

Should I call list this as a "footed dish"??

#1 Bottom clearly needs polish, but 800 silver correct? Also any thoughts on maker? Wasn't sure what to call this bird to try to research. (Thunderbird?) Thanks.

Around here they'd end up scrapped, but they're too nice for melting.

 

You could also called the "pierced" one "reticulated."

A thunderbird is very Native American. On most other silver it is an eagle.
