    Yeah mine does not have a mark or stamp on them, I have tried to look inside every cup, can, plate yeah you name it... But I Wil check out the website, thank you so much

    Like SIS, I was thinking German or Japanese. Now that Turkish set is really close, so that is a likely attribution. These sets were common in the early 20th c (some late 19th c) and were "cheap and cheerful;" not top quality, transfer/decal decoration and imitating high end goods. :)
