Featured Made in Belgium ... anyone know by whom?

    There's a round impressed mark that I finally figured out says "made in Belgium" and the very European script number on the bottom. That's all it has for marks. Front and back are the same. It turned up in the same dollar box as the Newcome Pottery piece, so the price was right!

    IN or NI, but it looks like the impressions around the initials might be a factory or location name?

    It honesly looks like made in ven...... to me.
    You can see the ..de around the left of the in.
