Just had a tetanus shot. No reaction, thankfully. I rescued a young Red-Tailed Hawk after it crashed into one of our windows. Despite its stunned condition, it managed to sink a talon all the way into my arm. It became infected and swollen immediately. So now I'm on antibiotics with a tetanus shot. No good deed unpunished.

The bird will survive though. So that's good!

I have an appointment for my booster tomorrow afternoon & will get my flu shot on Wednesday when I go to see the pulmonologist.

I think they may eventually incorporate the two so there is just 1 shot to get which will be fine with me.

Does getting both at once count as pharming? Or can you only do that with randomly combining pills?

uhmm, ow. Glad the birdie survived. I get tetanus shot every so often, but can't have antibiotics. I'm allergic to most of them. (grouse) ... (sorry..not)
