    I don't have a glass book available to me but it reminds me of Phoenix Consolidated. Please wait for someone who may know for sure, like @TallCakes is an expert! :)

    The glass pattern is generally termed artichoke, though it is a bit different than most I see.

    It's not really a "pattern" in that there are other pieces with the same effects. Yes, it can be called Artichoke, and other pieces may be called the same, but they don't really belong to a pattern.
