    Norwood 2004. Could be a name. Could be a studio. My guess is a localized one and not famous.

    There appears to be a studio pottery in Australia called Norwood. They seem to have used incised marks but it might be worth trying to find contact info on them (if they're still in business) to see if it's one of theirs.

    I am finding the AU Norwood to have stamped impressed marks. But I will do a bit more of research.
