This is a Victory piece, right?

    This V would be for "Victory", right? It has seen heavy use, watch not working, and I don't think the brooch part started out with it possibly. Do you think a Victory piece?

    The watch is a victory piece without a doubt, added to a watch pin. It was designed to pin on a lady's dress or jacket and hold the watch. They may or may not have started life together.
