Silver lined 9ct both sides bangle

Charity shop find does silver lined 9ct both sides just mean gold plated?

Also, would this be c1940s?

It's quite large, diameter on smallest hole 7.2cm and largest hole 8.5cm. I wondered if it might have been an upper arm bangle but don't think so as it's too small to fit around the top of my arm, which is skinny.

 

Rolled gold,silver layer between two gold layers instead of base metal.

 

I found a similarly marked bangle a while back. Yes, rolled gold over silver, so better than the average. 1930s ish.

Tried sliding it on without unfastening and it fitted my upper arm that way

 

it can be sized....

 

I was trying to put it on and then fasten it but sliding it on and then adjusting was much easier
