Help with large paste ladle. Age and mark?

    There is a mark on the back of this. It looks like an anchor in one direction and a bird in the other direction. On the back, next to the handle there is a V in bright gold but it appears dark in my photo. I'm hoping someone might recognize the marks. Age? 12" long and the bowl is 4 3/8". Thank you.

    I don't know but I had a set of soup bowls with that floral swag pattern. Long gone or I'd look at the backs.
