Sorry, very different bowls. There are many different types of enamel in this world.
Boudicca's bowl is clearly Japanese ginbari, not Indian cheap enamel. Ginbari is a specific Japanese enamel technique.

Exactly. I think that you, like myself, have seen too many of those Indian bowls in cheap Asian gift shop windows. You'll be able to spot the difference.

I've always loved ginbari pieces, old or not. They make jewelry that way too; it generally doesn't sell for much, but it's beautiful. No clue about the bowl.
