    Hi friends,

Does anyone recognize the 4-character stamp on this moonflask piece (not sure if it's a tea pot or pitcher vase). The characters I circled in yellow appear to be Kangxi, but the ones circled in blue seem to be Qianlong or Qianlong Period Make.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

It looks like Qianlong da Qing, instead of the usual Da Qing Qianlong. I don't know why it's backwards. Just going by gotheborg.com.

Because it's a modern item made recently in Jingdezhen - you can buy this type of item new on Alibaba and similar Chinese export sites.

That greenish-blue hue and regular crazing gives it away as modern -- at least to me!

I get the crazing part but what does the greenish blue mean to you?

Just that it's colour often seen on recent Asian reproductions.
