    Not that mark (although it's good to see the whole thing.) I meant the one on the bottom.

    There is a Matt that can usually help, but I can’t tag him as I don’t know which one it is!!!!! There are quite a few Matts apparently!! Maybe another member knows which one??????

    I suspect this is 20th century Chinese, although I could not find an exact match to this seal mark on Gotheborg.

    @Silver Wolf @Asian Fever may be able to help. @Mat is usually better at Japanese wares and their marks.

    yes,i think this is late 20th century chinese jar,the mark is stamp not hand painted,and very sloppy one.

    its 油 - Yóu ,it's mean oil,maybe the word has meaning what's the jar was made for,to storage oil back to its' original time in 17 - 18th century,but this one just 20th reproduction that copy the jar shape and the pattern include the word,imho:bookworm:
