This item is 6 3/4" Tall. The base appears to be burnt. The animals appear to be South American Ocelot type cat. All help appreciated country of origin method of construction, materials used, older or newer, Thanks

That dear is a bit plump There is a lot going on on such a small piece. For some reason I get the feeling of " new made to look old "

 

It looks like the blue color is smeared, too. Was that intentional?
