Help with mark/signature on earrings please

    These were in a job lot I bought, not particularly old most of it was 1990s-2000s. They have something on the back I can't make out and not even sure which way up I should be looking at it!

    It's probably a makers mark on an artisan item but I just thought I would ask if anyone recognises it, thank you.

    looks like 925 ..italy......but man, that's hard to make out...
