    I like this piece, but can't offer a lot of help. Kind of sad condition.

    The back is info about the canvas maker. If you Google: binant Paris ... you might be able to find enough info to get an approximate date of the canvas.

    To state the obvious, the signature starts with an upper-case G. I can't make out the rest.
