Yes. Be enthusiastic, warm and friendly. Share your knowledge like you are sharing a secret with a close friend. Give the impression that anything they buy in your store has been authenticated by you. They should feel confident in selecting something. Does this help?

You are too young & too far away to have heard this before ......

    but here it is...

My father always told me to..... " Sell the sizzle, not the steak ! "

    meaning...

promote your expertise....the wonder upon entering your store ....the fascination , and history that your items can bring to the lives of their new owners....

get people excited about visiting your location, to see the wonderful and exotic finds you have collected for their viewing......

the items......... will sell themselves.....once you have people interested to see what's there... !!

That’s a great saying. And can be applied almost universally.
Iam going to use it in a meeting just to see the confused looks.

Just an opinion, but maybe you could use a slightly less, "let me educate you, you should do this" approach. And please don't challenge potential buyers. The other thing is, well, that it is perhaps perceived as a bit pedantic to state unsubstantiatedly to be the best. The done thing is being the best first, and having others say it.

But you can explain your potential customers how it is that you're unique, and even better, you can show them. I do think that your inventory is as important as your knowledge, so maybe the way you present yourself is as much what you say as what items you choose to showcase. Hope this helps (or entertains)

" I do think that your inventory is as important as your knowledge,"

I do not believe that to be the case, & I've said as much !

Remember that salesman who could " sell ice , to the Eskimos ! "

His product was fine, but his salesmanship was the key to his success !

For years I've watched as crooked sellers on eBay flog their fake NWC items with good photo's and better descriptions , making out that their items were the finest the fine and truly authentic........

they sell lots, to buyers thinking their blah blah....their expertise , means that the items must be high quality genuine Native made antiques.....

    but they are not !

Inventory means all the things you have in your shop that are for sale, no matter how many or how old.

I’ve just watched the video and I agree with the poster further up who says it needs video snippets of people and the shop.
There is a spelling mistake (the word antique) right at the beginning which might not convey the professional image that you are looking for.
The font and colours could be a little more professional too.
I like the text scrolling across the screen as it keeps the attention.
I was most of the way through it before I got the idea that your business was more than just a shop, you will be offering appraisals too, it needs a clearer statement at the beginning as to your business so customers know straight away that they have found the business they need that provides a unique service.

Antic is part of Khaled's shop's name.;) I don't think he sells antiques in the sense of 100 yrs old, his items are closer to vintage.
    Good point K.

I was looking at the spelling of Antique on this slide missing the ‘u’

I read the name as being Antichome, is it Antic Home?
It would benefit from punctuation for emphasis such as a question mark after ‘Why Antichome’ and an exclamation mark at the end of ‘The best Antiques Market’

    Ah yes, missed that one.
Nice photo, but unfortunately the items shown aren't antique.

Khaled, I don't see any antiques on your site. Antiques are items of at least 100 years old. I do see that you offer antiques appraisal.
