Help to identify Fish shaped bottle and contents

Hello, i am hoping someone can help with identifying this bottle and it's contents.
It was originally my Gramp's and he visited many countries. i believe it's french.
The grapes on the neck suggest wine, but manufacture info and dates etc and/or any other info would be awesome

 

It seems to look like some 1969 Dobsons bottles I see online. I'm on my phone so it's hard to do a good photo comparison.

Here is one though some others have slightly different names, Shad Ro Branco for example.

rule of thumb: the fancier the bottle, the bigger the headache.

 

LOL, it made me think of Pescevino but that's traditionally a white wine.
