Help to identify Fish shaped bottle and contents

    Hello, i am hoping someone can help with identifying this bottle and it's contents.
    It was originally my Gramp's and he visited many countries. i believe it's french.
    The grapes on the neck suggest wine, but manufacture info and dates etc and/or any other info would be awesome :)

    rule of thumb: the fancier the bottle, the bigger the headache.

    LOL, it made me think of Pescevino but that's traditionally a white wine.
