HELP! TOLD THESE ARE 1910 MASONIC IRON ON's??

Can someone tell me what I have? I bought these from a friend who found them in a box of other stuff.
She said someone told her they were 1910 iron on's!?? I think they may be something you would sew on a uniform, maybe? (Except the Whitman college - would that have a uniform?)
Any ideas what I have & any idea what they're worth(I paid $2 each)?
