Featured HELP AGE RUSSION ICON

First, if I asked about this before I apologize; I searched russion icon + went back6-7 pages of Likes You Received and didn't see it. But I know I asked about 1 before - I think it was a gold leaf/leaf-like on wood, so again if I did I apologize in advance.
I found this at a local thrift store a while back & it has been sitting around almost forgotten until someone asked to buy it at a estate sale I was having.
I realized I didn't know anything about it so I wanted to ask here before I sell it.
Any idea of age? - The wing nuts on the back make me think this is 1960's or earlier, right?
Is it bronze or brass - it is heavy.

It is a recent souvenir piece, never meant for religious purposes.

To me it also looks very recent, maybe 1990s. I could hardly imagine a mass-produced icon in Russia in the 1960s.

 

As @Any Jewelry indicated, modern and simply decorative.
