What the heck is it? maybe a planter? Robert Ansteth LTD

    not sure what this 11lb brass item is, there are no holes in either the insert or the bottom so I am kind of questioning if it is a planter. I guess that Robert Ansteth was a designer? I looked thru tons of pics hoping to see this, but didn't have any luck. 9" tall 11" wide. Thanks for looking!!
