    Ummm - that little pot on top may be ceramic, but I'm pretty sure that the pedestal is a couple of glass jars that originally held coffee or something similar (the middle is a Maxwell House instant coffee jar), and the 'spaghetti' a fancy upholstery trim. Early '70s - seem to recall them as coated with some medium like Mod Podge, then painted and 'antiqued'...
