    They usually say flapper girl.:) Probably later than the flapper period, my guess is 1970s-80s, but the costume joolies know more about that than I do.

    Nope. Those are still in use: relatively low cost glue on ones.

    Those clasps were sold everywhere in the 1970s. I still think they are available today.

    Even possibly early 1990s. I knew a young lady born in 1983 who liked things like this at around ages 8-10.
