Charles Kello Watercolor?

    Could be Gouache.

    That’s what I thought. Would gouache crack and chip with time?

    I second Gouache.

    It does, Kards. If it's used without enough water or if an artist is using a layered approach and the binder from the applied top coat is absorbed by the under layer (base coat), top layer will crack.
