Probably a difficult piece to sell quickly. But a really inexpensive price might help move it real quick.

You would probably have to sell it locally because shipping it would be extremely expensive. Ideas: Try a local Facebook group for selling things. And try Craigslist. Also, you might see if there are sewing shops in your area of Minnesota that would know of local interest in this.

Another idea is to sell it to an antique dealer, if you have any in your area that want it.
