Cut Glass Footed Center Bowl

    Maybe someone can help. Picked this up a bit ago. I think there is a mark on the bottom of the inside. It doesn't wash off and it can be felt when you run your finger over it.

    I hope that is a maker's mark, but it looks to me suspiciously like an impact point and incipient chip.
