For starters you've taken (or posted) the picture upside down..

Then take a look at the "pure silver" mark of Japan at the top left of the page in this link.

Thank you Bakersgma! I have updated the photo so the mark is not upside down. Looking at the 925-1000 webpage, that looks like the same marking. Thank you for the link
