My thought is the 10" green one is older and possibly antique and the 9 3/4" cobalt is vintage era I think they are both handblown but I am still learning What would these shapes be called? I found the blue one once but they were claiming it was some well known French maker and I was not sure Sadly, I cannot find the page again to tell you the name Any help is very much appreciated.

Paden City and Anchor Hocking and likely others made the basic blue shape. The green looks like a florists vase. Both are nice using designs.
