Ring with the number 84?

    This ring has a copyright symbol with the number 84 and something in-between that I cant make out. I cant get a good pic of it. Anyone recognize what this is? Ring.PNG

    Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

    In trying to get rid of what looks like either flash or just bright light, and my editing, I see what looks to me like a copyright letter- "©", the letter "L" in an oval and the number 84.....I can always be off base too, but that's what I SEE!!!
