    Decoupage. Could be 1970s when that was popular. Looks like an illustration taken out of a book

    Don't know if yours is a repro or copy but the original was a Victorian trade card from the late 1800's

    Donaldson Bros were lithographers from 1872 - 1891.. I have a lithograph from the 1800's. I have all the info on mine so don't need any help just wanted to show you that the lithographs made it through the years. Not a great picture but did it quick. quack.png
