Currier & Ives date

Have a Currier & Ives original, hand colored with a 125 Nassau St., NY address. What years would this address indicate. One source listed 152 Nasssu St., but no mention of 125 ?

 

One possibility is that it's a misprint done by the Currier & Ives company. And another possibility is that it was not actually published by Currier & Ives and somebody made a mistake in trying to emulate them, or perhaps it was done on purpose?

Those are only two possibilities I can think of. Could be some other reason.

EDITED: moreotherstuff found a good site, listed in the next post. I think it's more likely to be correct, in this case.

Um, I was commenting to moreotherstuff for finding a similar print to help @Drew with his question.

If you have a similar print I suggest you start a new thread about it if you have questions... This discussion is an old one. And also, FYI, generally most people here don't do price assessments. You could look for past sales in eBay or other sites to try to find current values.
