Does Anyone Recognize the Style on This Pottery Bell?

Hello everyone - I picked up this little bell and would like to know more information about it. It stands about 3 1/4" high and 3 3/8" across the bottom. It reminds me of gouda pottery but I don't have a lot of experience with that style. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I don't think it's made of cheese but I've been wrong before! My dog loves cheese - I'll put it in front of her and see if she has a reaction.

 

To my eye, the pattern has kind of an Arts & Crafts/William Morris look, also a bit of an Art Nouveau feel. But I didn't find anything similar by googling.

Wow! Thanks, everyone! Once I had your leads I was able to track down a candle holder with an identical pattern but unfortunately no further information. Still I have a manufacturer, a pattern, and a time frame so what more could I ask! I assume the bell was probably marked with a sticker that came off years ago. Again, I so appreciate everyone's efforts. Don
