Art Glass Bowl

    Saw it today at an estate sale but was in a rush and could not take more pictures. It was a bit expensive so not sure if it was worth getting it.
    Any thoughts?

    I forgot I got this on sale the last day. Then I found that some broken parts but because of the asymmetric shape it is hard to tell.
    I find the piece to be a bit hazardous because some of the applied glass shards have sharp edges. The bowl look OK from a distance but after a closer look I think it is nothing special and probably by a local artist?
    Any keywords describing the decoration and the design?
