    Google Doll signed Heritage......

    She is very new and has little to none $$ value.

    Many dolls of this nature were made as Collectible dolls by many companies in the 90's (give or take).

    They are now offered at Yard sales, and thrifts in volumes, without finding a new home despite inexpensive pricing.
