ANY INFO ON ANTIQUE(?) LAMANIA SWISS HANGING CLOCK

    A friend found this in a storage unit he'd won at auction. He brought it by & asked me if I wanted to buy it, but when I asked how much he wanted he had no idea what it was worth - and neither did I.
    I told him I check into it & let him know something soon.
    So, can anyone tell me if it's worth buying?
    Age?
    It looks like it says Lamania watch co. & it is key wind/swiss made.
    Also, his wife told me it was a boudoir clock?

    Id guess 1950s-60s. That ornate style isnt very popular at the moment,I couldnt imagine it would be worth much more than $20-30 .

    What a peculiar thing. I have seen nothing like it and find it hard to see a use for it. It does seem to be of reasonable quality. I think rather older than mid century.
