    "Saint Ouen les Docks"

Saint Ouen is a community located in the northern suburbs of Paris. "Les docks" translates to "the docks." Started back in c2006 some type of a real estate development was started in Saint Ouen called "Les Docks de Saint-Ouen." Why this label has Les Docks on it I don't know. Saint Ouen isn't a shipping port though it may be on the River Seine.

BTW, everyone on Antiquers would jump at the chance to go to Saint Ouen for you becauseeeeee "Saint-Ouen is home to Paris' flea market, the highest concentration of antique dealers and second-hand furniture dealers in the world."

The market has been there since Dieu ete un bebe. I suspect this is a retailer's label.

My daughter and I went to this flea market! Amazing. The permanent dealers had wonderful things…with very high prices, though probably worth it. The smaller sellers had some bargains, and due to limited suitcase space, we opted to buy vintage clothing. Certain sections of the market were a little scary and sketchy. Oh--and it's a very expensive cab ride from central Paris. You can take the bus, though.

It is a tranporters label, often seen on furniture and big paintings.

Cute feet-looks like syndactyly but could be camera angle or being slightly out-of-focus.

please do not forget that the Moloch aka Pareeee had to be fed, and that was done mostly by péniches that were full of delicacies.
furthermore there was all kind of industry in St.Ouen, foundries etc.
