Help id glass vase

Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me identify this ribbed glass banded vase? No markings on the bottom but kind of neat with the band. Any information would be great thanks!

Measures 10 in tall and 4 1/2 in diameter

 

With the black background it is hard to tell the quality of the glass.
Is it higher than normal?

Has a Moser shape and band. Not necessarily old, as they are still in business.

Not saying it is theirs only that it has strong similarities.

 

I have ABSOLUTELY NO idea why, but to me that pattern looks Scottish, and I really don't know much about glass....just my 2-cents worth....sorry!!!! And the tiny white flecks are probably just my 'sharpening'.....I also think it's LOVELY!!!!! Maybe for a nice tall glass of 'stout'???

 

Cluttered when you say is it higher than normal what do you mean? Yeah I just saw it at the local thrift shop and for a few dollars I picked it up cause of the interesting band. Aquatine it could be!!

Lead crystal - rainbows in the sun from light refraction.
Possible ground and polished bottom.

 

Yeah it is on the heavy side and when I tapped on the side with my finger nail it made a long "ping" sound like crystal does. Not sure if it is lead crystal but could be.
