Pink Overlay Vase with Applied Flower and Enameling - Maker?

    Hello everyone - I know this is a bit of a long shot regarding a particular manufacturer but anything you could tell me about this vase would be appreciated. It stands about 4 7/8" high. It appears to have some genuine age to it as the gold stems have mostly worn away. Thanks for whatever information you can provide regarding possible country of origin or time frame.

    Late 19th, I should think. Possibly English, but so many did this sort of thing.

    Victorian? Cased glass, crimped edge opening, applied floral decoration, enamel flowers, hand painted - just some description words.
