    For resale at that price - No.
    Because you like it and will use it or display it - Yes.

    BTW - it's not old

    Sloppy-but-pretty goes on the top, or second from the top, shelf. "Too fragile to move, you see."

    I don't see sloppy. I see very neat, tidy and attractive. But I agree it's new.

    I'd guess Homegoods or World Market or some such. It's nice to look at, but it's a yard sale piece if you're reselling.
