I Need Help found that this was a print

 

Hmmm. I did a search and didn't find any prints of his work. I looked at it with a loupe and didn't see any dot, but further up the painting.

 

Yes, I think I can see printing dots. Take it out of the frame -- won't do any harm -- and see what you uncover.

I'm on my phone, so I may be misreading small pic, but the signature close-up says "print" to me.
