I have this lovely unusual pitcher made in Mexico but I don't understand the mark. No where does it say sterling or 925 so I am assuming it is plated?

    The mark reads
    El Arte Ofebre
    Heche a Mano
    Plateado
    Mexico

    which translates to
    The Art goldsmith?
    Handmade
    Silver
    Mexico.

    Thank you for any help!!
